PETITION under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code to issue a direction to the respondent to conduct detailed enquiry and investigate the matter on the basis of the petitioner's complaints dated 27.1.2014 and 10.10.2017 and file final report within the stipulated period.

ORDER
Mr.K.Srinivasan, learned Special Public Prosecutor (CBI Cases) accepts notice for the respondent. Heard both.
2. This is a petition to direct the respondent to register the complaints and investigate into the matter.
3. The typed set of papers enclosed along with this petition contains copies of the complaints, alleged to have been sent by the petitioner to the Central Bureau of Investigation.
4. On perusal of the complaints, though the petitioner states that he is aggrieved by the fraud committed by the UCO Bank and its officials, the complaint does not contain details as to how the petitioner is aggrieved. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant such a relief based on bald complaints.
5. Hence, the above criminal original petition is dismissed.
6.
