Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records dated 16.05.2014 on the file of the 4th respondent, Sub Registrar, Palladam, vide proceedings No.7.8-2012 in document No.2[1] 15[8] 18958 of 2012 and 822 of 2013 and consequentially proceedings MP.No.435/2014 u/s.47[A]3 of Indian Stamp Act dated 23.12.2014 on the file of the District Revenue Officer [Stamps], Coimbatore and quash the same and further direct the respondents to release attachment over the property as per documents No.18958/2012 dated 13.12.2012 and 822/2013 dated 12.01.2013 on the file of the Sub Registrar Office, Palladam. The learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission of this Court to avail the statutory remedy and undertakes to file the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the Appellate Authority/the Inspector General of Registration and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the said official, on receipt of the said appeal, shall entertain the same, if the papers are otherwise in order, without insisting on limitation and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a further period of six weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
