ORDER
This writ petition is filed to direct the fourth respondent to survey and mark the boundaries for the lands in Survey Nos.132/5 and 132/6 situated at Velakalahalli Village, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District, by considering the petitioner's online application dated 02.11.2023 and representation dated 04.11.2023.
2. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The case of the petitioner is that he was doing agricultural activities in the lands in Survey No.132 situated at Velakalahalli Village, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District. Due to separation of family, a partition deed was executed and Survey Nos.132/5 and 132/6 were allotted to the petitioner, in which land he is now carrying on agricultural activities. It is the grievance of the petitioner that since there is no boundary stones for the land of the petitioner, there occurs dispute between the family members. Hence, the 2/4
petitioner made an online application dated 02.11.2023 and a representation dated 04.11.2023 to the respondents. However, the same has not been considered by the fourth respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.11.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation for survey of the property and demarcate the boundaries after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 26.04.2024 gsa Index :Yes/No Internet :Yes/No : Yes/No 3/4
