In the affidavit filed in support of this petition seeking leave to file a review petition, it had been stated that the petitioner herein is the owner of the larger extent of land and without impleading the petitioner herein, the writ petition has been filed. It had been stated that there are sufficient grounds to be urged before the Court to revisit the order passed in the writ petition. Notice had been directed and the learned counsel had entered appearance no behalf of the writ petitioners/respondents. Taking all the factors into consideration, leave is granted to the petitioner to file a review petition.

2.
