This application has been filed to condone the delay of 83 days in filing the Review Petition against the order dated 28.11.2024 in W.P.No.21043 of 2022.

2.The petitioner had earlier filed WMP.No.14107 of 2024 seeking leave to file Review Petition. That was ordered on 03.07.2025. After having obtained the leave, the petitioner had then preferred the Review Petition and in that process, there has been a delay of 83 days in filing the Review Application.

3.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it had been stated that the petitioner came to know about the order in the writ petition only when the petitioner had made physical visit to the property. Thereafter, immediately, the petitioner had taken out an application seeking leave to file Review Petition and thereafter had filed the petition seeking to condone the delay.

smv 4.Heard the learned counsel for the respondents also who had not raised objections. But however, the learned counsel would be heard before deciding the Review Petition.

5.Taking all the factors into consideration, the delay is condoned. This petition stands allowed. The Registry to number of Review Petition if it is otherwise in order.
