Crl.O.P.No.8815 of 2021 G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J., The petitioner was granted bail by the Court below by order dated 02.03.2021. However, it was stipulated that the surety should be worth of Rs.25,000/-.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner's wife is an unemployed person and therefore he wants modification of the bond amount. The fact that even though the bail order was granted on 02.03.2021, the petitioner could not come out on bail indicates the truth of the said statement. Therefore, condition No.1 set out in the impugned order is modified and the quantum of Rs.25,000/- is reduced to Rs.10,000/-. All other conditions stipulated in the impugned order remain intact.

3.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
