ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph No.6(b) of the order dated 26.12.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.35664 of 2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

3. Considering the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in paragraph No.6(b) of the order dated 26.12.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.35664 of 2025 is modified to the effect that "the petitioners shall report before the NDPS Court twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders". The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
