ORDER

The Tahsildar, Marakanam, Villupuram District is suo motu added as the rd respondent in this writ petition.

2.This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 19.03.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for sub division and for issuance of separate patta for the subdivided property. 3.Heard Mr.Kaushik N. Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.R.P.Muruganraja, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3/5 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the impleaded 3 rd respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 19.03.2025 and pass necessary orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
