The petitioner has filed this petition, to grant general direction to the 2nd respondent to file a report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pertaining to the detention of the detenue by name Pasupuleti Dhanalakshmi and in pursuance direct the IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai to dispose of Crl.M.P.No. not known of 2019 in Crime No.10 of 2019 as expeditiously.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 03.08.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 05.08.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but so also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
