C O M M O N O R D E R These writ petitions have been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 02.05.2023 and treat the petitioners as nominally promoted to the post of Overseer with effect from 29.10.2020 in correspondence to the panel year 2017 and further direct the respondent to release all consequential service as well as monetary benefits from 29.10.2020.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners made representation dated 02.05.2023 to the respondent seeking to treat the petitioners as nominally promoted to the post of Overseer with effect from 29.10.2020 in correspondence to the panel year 2017 and to release all consequential service as well as monetary benefits from 29.10.2020, however, there is no response. Hence, this Court may without going into the merits of the case, issue direction to the respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 02.05.2023 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame.

3.Considering the limited relief now sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 02.05.2023, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petitions are disposed of.
