ORDER

This Court by order dated 04.04.2025 directed the proceedings to be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and the said date falls on 14.07.2025. The Presiding Officer, II Additional Labour Court (FAC), Chennai has sent a letter dated 11.07.2025 stating that after the cross examination of WW2 the petitioner / party in person has filed an application for recalling PW1 in IA.No.11 of 2025. The respondent management had taken time to file counter. In these circumstances it would not be possible to dispose of the ID on 14.07.2025. Therefore, the Presiding Officer would request for an extension of time.

2.Considering the above, time for disposal is extended for a further period of 4 months.
