O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent for not complying the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.4482 of 2007 (O.A.No.4340/2001) dated 20.07.2011.

2. Mr.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.4482 of 2007 (O.A.No.4340 of 2001) dated 20.07.2011 has been complied with vide proceedings in R.O.C.No.5614/2011/A2 dated 28.11.2021 issued by the third respondent therein (District Collector, Dharmapuri). He has also produced a copy of the compliance order as well as a copy of the proof of monetary benefits given to the petitioner amounting to Rs.2,97,297/- before this Court.

3. The said submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Considering the compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.4482 of 2007 (O.A.No.4340 of 2001) dated 20.07.2011, the respondent is discharged from the contempt proceedings and consequently, this Contempt Petition is closed.
