Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent relating to the impugned letter in Lr.No.SE/CEDC/CGL/AEE/GL/AE/F.Harmonics/D.No.446/2015 dated 20.06.2015, quash the same and also to forbear the 1st and 2nd respondents, their men, officers, agents, servants, representatives and/or any one claiming through or under them and/or or any other person from in any manner insisting on harmonic control and levying demanding and/or collecting charges and compensation for harmonics dumping from the petitioner for their HTSC No.182 either through the CC Bills or in any other manner who is connected with 11 KV supply line.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and has also submitted a letter dated 15.02.2016 before the Registry seeking to that effect. Learned counsel also made an endorsement in the petition.

2.In view of the submission of the letter dated 15.02.2016 to the Registry and in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
