CMP.No.9105 of 2019 in S.A.No.328 of 2013 P.RAJAMANICKAM.J., This petition has been filed by the appellant to order substituted service for R2 by Paper Publication in one issue of Tamil Daily namely "Malai Sudar ".

2. According to the petitioner, eventhough, notices were sent several times to the second respondent, she purposely avoided services of the notice and hence, he requests to order "substituted service" for R2.

2. Considering the said submission, petition is allowed.
