O R D E R

(Order of the Court was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mr.R.Muniyappa Raj would submit that the Court directed to settle a sum of Rs.13,00,000/- (Rupees Thirteen Lakhs only) to the children of the Advocate.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 4th respondent Mr.Muthu Kumaran, S/o. Mohan Arumugam, would submit that the issues between the parties have been settled.

3. Since the issues are settled between the parties out of Court, the relief sought for in the Habeas Corpus Petition, to produce the body and person of the Detenue by name Jaisurya, minor aged 15 and Tarun Ganesh, 2/4

minor aged 7, who are the children of the Petitioner, needs no further adjudication.

4. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
