This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the fist and second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.03.2025 by holding enquiry under the 151 PSO in Crime No.83 of 2024 on the file of Inspector of Police, Mahendramangalam Police Station, Dharmapuri/3rd respondent herein.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed and that the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.38 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Palacode.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.

4. The petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
