ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the representation dated 10.06.2020 given by the petitioner, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Though contentious issues are involved, learned counsel appearing for the respondents Bank submitted that without going into the issues, this Court may direct the said respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the prayer sought for and without going into the merits of the case, which is inclusive of the question of locus standi, we only call upon the second respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 10.06.2020 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
