This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 3 to cancel the patta Nos.70, 877, 878, 879, 880 in Vadasiruvalur Village, Sankarapuram Block and reissue patta in petitioner's favour for extent of 6 cents in SF No.219/1C based on petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2025.

2. There is absolutely no mention in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition in whose name the patta stands with respect to the subject property. The concerned person, whose patta is sought to the cancelled, has also not been made as a party in the writ petition. In view of the above, this writ petition is closed with liberty to file a fresh writ petition by providing all the necessary particulars and also by adding the necessary party as respondent.
