This Petition has been filed seeking to accept the cause title in the above captioned C.M.A.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the appellant Company had acquired M/s.XENOS Automotive Ltd., which is claimant before the ESI Court.

4.In view of the said admitted position and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the cause title is accepted and the petitioner is permitted to file the appeal. Hence, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

5.Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and list the same in due course.
