This petition is a frivolous petition filed in the course of the trial to quash the complaint laid under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

2.The points raised in the quash petition are purely based on facts which has to be decided in the course of the trial. The petitioner herein to drag the proceedings has come before this Court on a frivolous ground to quash the complaint.
