2.The petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2021 for the offence under Sections 120(B), 420 of IPC. He seeks bail. 3.The petitioner's counsel would state that the petitioner is in custody for more than 89 days and charge sheet has also been filed and the case has been registered in C.C.No.3613 of 2021 on the file of the learned Special Metropolitan Magistrate for CCB, CBCID cases at Egmore, Chennai.

4.In normal circumstances, I would have granted bail but in this case, the petitioner has 10 previous cases of same nature. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Taking into account of the bad antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
