ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner from the name of the petitioner's grand mother, Mrs.Vijayalakshmi, for the property more fully described in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2026, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of respondents.

At the outset, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has not submitted an on-line application to the 2nd respondent, which is necessary to enable the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's application seeking for transfer of patta. 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioner on institutions submitted that the petitioner is willing to submit a fresh on-line application to the 2nd

respondent seeking for transfer of patta in her name. 5.

This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's on-line application to be submitted by the petitioner. 6.

For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit a fresh on-line application with the 2nd respondent seeking for transfer of patta from the name of the petitioner's grand mother Mrs.Vijayalakshmi to her name, for the property more fully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said application within the time stipulated, the 2nd respondent shall pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's application seeking for transfer of patta after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of any necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
