Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders pending on the file of this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.5886 of 2021 order dated 07/04/2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.ESAKKIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. T.SHUNMUGARAJESWARAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.5886 of 2021 on 07.04.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police at 10.30A.M., twice in a month ie., once in 15 days for interrogation, until further orders.
