Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) Suspend the sentence pursuant to the Judgment dated 20.11.2020 in C.A.No.24 of 2020 on the file of the Sessions (Fast Track Mahila) Court, Namakkal confirming the order of conviction and sentence dated 29.01.2020 in S.C.No.07 of 2019 on the file of the Additional Assistant Sessions court, Namakkal.[CRL.MP.NO.5681/2021] (ii) Exempt from surrendering of the petitioner before the learned Sessions (Fast Track Mahila) Court, Namakkal in C.A.No.24 of 2020 and the Judgment dated 20.11.2020 and accept his surety before the Additional Assistant Sessions court, Namakkal in S.C.No.07 of 2019 dated 29.01.2020. 5682/2021] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.LEONARD ARUL JOSEPH SELVAM, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner/accused by the judgment dated 20.11.2020 in C.A.No.24 of 2020 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal, confirming the order of conviction and sentence dated 29.01.2020 passed in S.C.No.

07 of 2019 on the file of the learned Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Namakkal, and release the petitioner on bail and to exempt the petitioner from surrendering pending disposal of the above Criminal Revision Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

2. Today, when these petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is surrendered before the trial Court and hence he seeks permission of this Court to not press these petitions. He has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed as with drawn.
