Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records connected with the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Letter No.5647/2001/A5/C.R.(10va) dated 30.09.2002 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to pay in the pay scale applicable to the post of driver to the applicant during the period from 22.06.1987 to 09.05.1993. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent has already granted the relief sought for by the petitioner and as such, nothing survives for adjudication.
