This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three months in the above Crl.O.P.No.4258 of 2023 dated 01.03.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as the petitioner is studying in a college at Bangalore and he is a native of K.G.F.. He would also submit that he is already facing trial and due to the condition imposed on him, his education would be affected. Hence, he has filed this petition to modify the condition.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition to report before the respondent police is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. 1/3

during May vacation and thereafter on the 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. Except the above modification, the other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 4258 of 2023 vide order dated 01.03.2023 shall remain unalterted.
