ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents and their men, agents and subordinates from in any manner entering the premises of the petitioner other than the south-eastern gate shown in violet colour in the accompanying sketch to have access to the Boys Hostel for using the same as covid care centre.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to efflux of time, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
