Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 8 to take necessary steps to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2024 whereby requesting the authorities not to approve the 38 individual appointment orders dated 20.09.2024 issued by the 12th respondent to and in favour of the Respondents 14 to 51 herein since no redeployment procedures were followed by relocating the surplus teachers to the needy schools.

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 8 to consider the representation 5/9
dated 27.03.2024 and to act upon the same within the time frame. 2.
Heard Mr.R.Sasikumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader for Respondents 1 to 8.

In the considered view of this Court, the petitioner as such does not have the locus standi to maintain this writ petition. In a service matter, unless and otherwise, the concerned individual or the association comes before the Court and express their grievance, it cannot be dealt with like a public interest litigation. In view of the same, this Court does not find any merits in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
