No representation for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent is present. This Court by order dated 12.12.2022 has directed the trial Court (District Munsif, Arakkonam) to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.07 of 2013 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned District Munsif, Arakkonam vide letter Dis.No.374/2023 dated 19.09.2023 to the Registrar General, High Court, Madras had requested extension of time for the further period of six months to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.07 of 2013. This Court is inclined to grant six months time from today and accordingly the learned District Munsif, Arakkonam is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.07 of 2013 on or before 10.04.2024.
