W.P.No.9795/2020 M. SATHYANARAYANAN, J., and R. HEMALATHA, J, [Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.,] This Court, in continuation and in conjunction with the earlier order dated 27.07.2020, passed in the Writ Petition, is passing the following order.

2. The Secretary / Registrar of DEBT Recovery Appellate Tribunal (Southern Region) sent a communication dated 13.10.2020 bearing AIR80/2020/DRAT, addressed to the Assistant Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, praying for extension of three months time to comply with the said order.

3. This Court heard the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent also.

4. In the light of the above cited communication, this Court is inclined to grant extension of time by three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by the DEBT Recovery Appellate Tribunal (Southern Region) to comply with the final order made in W.P.No.9795 of 2020.
