Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records resulting in the impugned order of the Commissioner, Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation in proceedings Roc.No.13087/2006/(MD3) JN3, dated 10.06.2015 and to quash the same and direct the respondent to pay to the petitioner the sum of Rs.20,33,56,713.00 towards due fees for the management, handling and disposal of the Municipal Solid Waste generated within the limits of Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation on behalf of the respondent.
