CMP.No.11807 of 2018 has been filed to condone the delay of 1818 days in filing petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of first respondent, CMP.No.11808 of 2018 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of first respondent and CMP.No.11809 of 2018 has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives for the deceased first respondent as R3 to R6 in the main appeal.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. This Court being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions allows the civil miscellaneous petitions as prayed for without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondents in CMA.No.2169 of 2016.
