ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in in Crl.O.P.No.31914 of 2025 dated 04.02.2026, wherein the petitioner was directed to report before the Trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent, submitted that the petitioner had complied with the condition imposed by this Court only for 45 days, and thereafter failed to comply with the said condition.

3. From the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), it is seen that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for 45 days and that no sufficient reason has been furnished by the petitioner for his failure to comply with the condition thereafter. Hence, this Court does not find any merit in the present petition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for the present.
