2. At this stage of hearing, the Learned Counsel for the Appellant fairly submits that the Appellant will be satisfied if he is given Two Weeks time to submit his explanation before the 1st Respondent from the date of receipt of copy of this Judgment.

3. However, this Court is inclined to grant only One Week from the date of receipt of copy of this Judgment so as to enable the Appellant to submit his explanation before the 1st Respondent.

With the aforesaid observation, the Writ Appeal stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
