H.C.P.No.790 of 2020.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents. 4.It is seen from the records that the petitioner's husband was already granted fifteen days leave for the purpose of taking treatment for Chicken pox. Now, again, the petitioner has come before this Court with a different reason stating that her husband is suffering from Left Renal Cortical Cyst. However, the Medical Officer's report dated 22.08.2020 would reveal that the petitioner's husband was advised to continue regular medications and his vitals are stable. 5.In view of the above, there is no necessity to fix an early date for hearing H.C.P.No.790 of 2020.
