This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to provide adequate Police protection for ingress and egress of vehicles and people from in and out of the petitioner's Company premises and further vacate the delinquent members of the second respondent, their henchman, supporters by ensuring that no delinquent members assemble illegally in any form within the radius of 700 meters from the petitioner's Company 2/5

Premises, viz., No.13/14, Industrial Area 3, Nagavalliamman Kovil, Mariamalai Nagar, Chengelpattu District - 603209, pursuant to the petitioner's complaint dated 15.03.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, this Court without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, directs the first respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 15.03.2025 lodged by the petitioner after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the second respondent and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 3/5
