2.Mr.M.Thamizhavel, learned counsel for caveator is present and seeks time to file counter and typed set of papers.
3.The typed set of papers and affidavit if not served, be served on Mr.M.Thamizhavel, either through E-mail or by courier. 4.The typed set of papers and counter has to be served to the learned counsel for the petitioner by Mr.M.Thamizhavel, either by E-mail or by courier. 5.Without any prejudice to the contentions of the landlord, a sum of Rs.9,900/- was paid by the tenant to the landlord/respondent as on date, which was refused by the landlord.
6.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is ready with the cheque to pay the rental arrears amount, but it was refused by the Lower Court Advocate as well as the respondent/landlord.
