By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to take appropriate action to issue patta in his favour, based on the application dated 23.01.2018 and 13.02.2018 in respect of the properties comprised https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in Survey Nos.38/3, 38/4, 38/5, 47/1, 48/1, 48/2, 48/5, 48/7, 48/8, 48/9, 61/9, 174/1D to an extent of 0.02.0, 0.02.5, 0.10.5, 0.03.5, 0.03.0, 0.03.5, 0.04.0, 0.05.5, 0.06.5, 0.12.5, 0.060 hectares totally admeasuring to an extent of 0.61.0 hectares and Survey No.285/9 to an extent of 0.0065 sq.mt. situate at Mutharasikuppam Village, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District forthwith.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted applications dated 23.01.2018 and 13.02.2018 claiming the same relief as prayed for in this writ petitioner, but, the same are yet to be disposed of by the respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 4.Mr.V.Shanmugasundar, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondent submitted that the respondent be directed to consider the petitioner's applications and pass orders in accordance with law.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's applications dated 23.01.2018 and 13.02.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
