The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in compliance of the condition imposed in para 5(i) of the order dated 04.06.2025, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.1,40,000/-, being 20% of the cheque amount to the credit of the Trial Court on 13.08.2025. He has also produced a photostat copy of the same before this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the other conditions imposed by the order dated 04.06.2025 has also been complied with.

2.Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in respect of compliance of the order in this case.

GSA 3.The learned counsel for the respondent seeks permission to withdraw the 20% cheque amount already deposited to the credit of the Trial Court on 28.04.2023.

4.The respondent is directed to move an application before the trial court for withdrawal of the 20% cheque amount already deposited by the revision petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. 5.On such application being filed, the Trial Court is directed to release the said amount within a period of three weeks thereafter, in favour of the respondent.
