Crl.M.P.No.6262 of 2022 in Crl.A.SR.No.7278 of 2020 D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 12 days in preferring the above Criminal Appeal against the order dated 06.12.2019 in Spl.S.C.No.65 of 2018 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Cuddalore in crime No.20 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 12 days in preferring the above Criminal Appeal is condoned.
