ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition in para No.6 in connection with the order in Crl.O.P.No.6092 of 2026 dated 10.03.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that they are residing in forest area and the petitioners are not having any properties in their names and there are no bus facilities in the evening to the said forest area. Due to the above reasons, the petitioners were unable to comply with the condition Nos.6 and 6(c) imposed in the order dated 10.03.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.6092 of 2026, and hence, prayed for modification of the said conditions.

3. There is no serious objections by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modifies the condition imposed on the petitioners in para No.6 & 6(c) of the order dated 10.03.2026 in Crl.OP.No.6092 of 2026 to the effect that "the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each, for like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Attur, Salem District and on

further conditions they shall report before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required". All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 08.04.2026 dna To
