2. It is seen that the opposite party has given complaint against this petitioner for having purchased paddy and rice and having cheated him. As a counter blast, this petitioner has given a complaint addressed to the Hon'ble Chief Minister, so that the Police lay the hands away on the complaint given against this petitioner.

3. Therefore, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry and investigate into the complaint given by the opposite party and take action against this petitioner.

4. With the above direction, all the above petitions are dismissed.
