ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.12 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 296(b), 127(2), 118(1) and 103 of the BNS, 2023.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.
3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.12 of 2025 has already been completed and the final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli on 08.04.2025.

4. In light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Court is of the view that the prayer sought in this petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
