The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 247 days in representing the above criminal revision.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents has vehemently opposed for this petition being allowed.
3. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the petition and considering the inordinate delay, this Court considers it appropriate to allow this petition on payment of costs. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 247 days in filing the above revision, is condoned subject to payment of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to the first respondent / wife within a period of two weeks _________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
