This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to register the case and to hold the enquiry dated 10.06.2014 in the manner known to law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 10.6.2014 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
