Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the second and third respondents from issuing patta for the land measuring 72 cents, comprised Survey Nos.102/11 and 102/15, New S.Nos. 102/11, 11C, 11A, 11B, 11C1A, 11C1B, 11C2, 11D1, 11D2, 11D3, 11D4, 11D5, 11E1 and 11E2 situated Vadakanandal Village, Kallakurichi Taluk and District till the disposal of the cases pending between the parties before the various courts viz O.S.No.110/2017, O.S.No.111/2017, O.S.No.89/2021, O.S.No.293/2021, CRP.No.2729/2023 and direct the respondents to cancel all the patta issued in favour of respondents 4 to 25. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 from issuing patta for the land measuring an extent of 72 cents, comprised in Survey Nos.102/11 and 102/15, New Survey Nos. 102/11, 11C, 11A, 11B, 11C1A, 11C1B, 11C2, 11D1, 11D2, 11D3, 11D4, 11D5, 11E1 and 11E2 situated at Vadakanandal Village, Kallakurichi Taluk and District till the disposal of the cases pending between the parties before the various courts viz O.S.No.110/2017, O.S.No.111/2017, O.S.No.89/2021, O.S.No.293/2021, CRP.No.2729/2023 and consequently, direct the respondents to cancel all the patta issued in favour of the respondents 4 to 25.

The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 fairly submitted that there are civil suits pending between the parties, till the suits are pending, no mutation will be taken place. The said submission is recorded.
