ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent police to register a case under Land Grabbing Act against the third respondent, on the petitioner's complaint dated 3.11.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first and second respondent.

3. It is seen that this petitioner had sent the complaint dated 03.11.2014 by post to the Superintendent of Police, Sathuvacheri, Vellore. This Court directs the petitioner to give a fresh complaint to the second respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action taken in accordance with law.
