These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 78 days, 77 days, 78 days & 86 days respectively in filing the respective appeals.
2. The affidavit filed in support of the petitions indicate the reasons for the delay in preferring the appeals. The applications are opposed by the respondent in the concerned petitions on the ground that no justifiable reasons are given to condone the delay.
3. We have perused the affidavits filed in support of the petitions and the counter affidavit filed by the respondent.
4. It is stated in the affidavit that certain details have to be collected from different districts and the same resulted in the delay in filing the appeals. We are convinced with the reasons given by the petitioners. We therefore, allow the Miscellaneous Petitions by condoning the delay.
