ORDER

This petition has been filed for transfer of investigation in C.S.R No.314 of 2020 from the file of the 3rd respondent to the file of the 4th respondent.

2. It is seen that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petitioner was issued C.S.R No.314 of 2020 by the 3rd respondent and the enquiry is pending. Even till today, no FIR has been registered on the complaint filed by the petitioner herein. Therefore, at the stage of enquiry in C.S.R No.314 of 2020, transfer of investigation does not arise. Hence, this petition is devoid of merits.
