Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in paragraph No.4 of the order dated 19.02.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.2123 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34408 of 2019 on the file of this Honourable Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police fortnightly i.e. on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30a.m until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.MOHAMED ANSAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2123 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34408 of 2019 order dated 19.02.2020, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police fortnightly i.e., on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30a.m until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions till lock down.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Accordingly,this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
